To Cook:
We have a dish that is called Baked Mozzarella with Marinara Sauce.
Those of us in the Kitchen fondly refer to it as the
"Cheese Thing". It is a fun combination of Whole Milk Mozzarella sandwiched between 2 slices of wonderful Focaccia. We then coat it with a light egg batter, and bake it until toasted. We doctor up the simple Marinara sauce to give it a great zing, making the final product a fun treat!
To Eat:
If you are a fan of Ribeye steaks, our "Cowboy" steak is a bone-in Ribeye, which when combined with it's Prime Black Angus certification, gives it even more flavor. Wow!
Signature Dish:
We have achieved a true classic with our Roasted Beet Salad with Toasted Goat Cheese. Our rendition combines the two namesake ingredients with a tangy Citrus-Honey Vinaigrette, and Candied Walnuts. Yum!
